Meet the founder

Mukundwa Phalandwa

Managing Director & Senior Environmental Consultant

Mukundwa is a seasoned Environmental Scientist and Practitioner with over 15 years' experience in the environmental field, including 9 years reviewing development applications relating to land use and ensuring adherence to environmental legislation. His expertise spans environmental, risk, quality, safety, water, air, waste, BAR and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) management.

He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science along with combined ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015 introduction and implementation qualifications, and an Introduction to Environmental Law and Policy qualification. Mukundwa has served on the Gauteng MEC EAP Committee from 2022 to 2025 and has been re-elected for a further two-year term.
